Stages of the Competition

Judges complete all stages of the competition without knowledge of the performers’ identities. No information is received by the judges prior to any of the rounds. Contestants may not approach the judges during any of the competition stages. Contestants’ biographies will be made public at the Award Ceremony. Judges’ decisions are final.

Prizes

Prizes awarded at the judges’ discretion. Prizes may be shared or not be awarded. Judges’ decisions are final.
